BIOGRAPHY
Richard and Marj Peeler began working together in 1972, often working on each other’s pieces. They glazed together, stacked kilns together, packed and shipped together. Most of their pottery is turned on the potter’s wheel using stoneware. They did however make hand built pots and sculptures and one-of-a-kind pieces. The surfaces of their pieces are often highly carved with slip trailing used to create more depth.
