BIOGRAPHY

Diane Kruer is best known for hand build porcelain vessel based sculptures incorporating a major element loosely based on a conical form. The apex of the cone is balanced on a rough base, often resembling slabs of stone and creating unique contrast and balance within each sculpture.

Kruer created clay sculptural forms from 1984 until 1994 and then shifted focus to photography, painting, and mixed media sculptures.
