BIOGRAPHY

 Elisha Harteis is known for hand-built stylized figurative sculpture focused on a child and animal narrative. Scale varies from table top to larger installation work. Surface techniques include underglaze and metallic oxide washes. Primary subject matter revolves around the issue of child innocence and abuse.
