BIOGRAPHY

 Patrick L. Dougherty is known for wheel-thrown functional, decorative, and slab built or sculpted relief tile architectural ceramics. Decorative motifs include hand paints figurative imagery, abstract patterning or a combination of the two. Most of his works are brightly colored.

In 2002, Doughterty began producing lavatory sinks and tiles this bloomed into providing ceramics for the home. Other items were door surrounds, corbels, sconces, fireplace surrounds, countertops and murals.
