Rolf Dahl

Biography to Display: 

PRIMARY WORK EXPERIENCE 

University of Colorado Health Science Center 

BIOGRAPHY 

Rolf Dahl is known for slab-built white earthenware bowls, vases, and tableware. Dahl uses a rolling pin to produce the thickness required and hand forms vessels. Work is painted with two glazes of varying colors before firing in electric kiln.  

Dahl became a full time potter upon retirement. In 2014 he became a member of the Colorado Potters Guild.  

Dahl attended graduate school in cell and molecular biology at the University of Colorado, Boulder, Colorado
