BIOGRAPHY
Brian Benfer is best known for stoneware and porcelain site-specific installation, ceramic sculpture, and wheelthrown pieces.
Brian Benfer’s work thematically deals with the concept of residue and its implication on the psyche.
Benfer’s work has been included in numerous academic, museum, and private collections. He has served at an array of institutional appointments and is a Fulbright Scholar. He currently lives and works in Southern California.
