BIOGRAPHY
Margaret “Margy” Little Moremen is known for wheel-thrown iron-rich stoneware utilitarian ceramics. Signature forms include lamps, jars, and honeypots among a variety of functional wares. Pieces are finished using earth-toned glazes and fired in a high fire (2,350F) reduction kiln.
Finished works often feature iron speckling on the surface. Early mentors include Dennis Adkins of Dickinson College and Cynthia Bringle.
