 BIOGRAPHY

Anni Melancon creates slab-built and wheel-thrown stoneware and porcelain vessels. The surfaces of some of these are textured and altered while the clay is pliable, then high-fired in a reduction atmosphere. Some rare work is low-fired, with a majolica glaze, or pit-fired.
