BIOGRAPHY

Tracy Fischer makes functional wheel-thrown and sculptural stoneware ceramics with various glazes, slips and textures. Her sculptural work is not representational and is often mounted on a wood platform which gives her forms a sense of being an artefact or relic. She employs wheel thrown and hand built parts in both her functional and sculptural work.
