 Paula Carmenzind is known for wheel thrown porcelain or stoneware functional pottery. Her forms are simple while her glazed surfaces utilize multiple glazes, commonly lusters. Forms may be reticulated. Camenzind sometimes makes carved pottery forms with satin matte glazes inspired by early twentieth century Art Pottery.
