BIOGRAPHY

Travis Berning is known for a full line of wheel-thrown functional ash glazed pottery. Since 1993 leaf silhouettes have been a typical addition to the surface of his pots. Berning frequently alters wheel-thrown wares to create basket forms.

Berning and Joe Frank McKee founded Tree House Pottery in 2003.
